Copy of IRA, 401K, CD Statement, life insurance policy, stocks, bonds (emergency money)

		Last Mortgage Statement

Purchase

Last 2 years tax returns & W-2’s

Copy of last 12 months canceled rent checks

Last 2 pay-stubs for all working spouses

Purchase Contract

Last 3 statements form your checking & savings

Copy of IRA, 401K, CD Statement, life insurance policy, stocks, bonds (emergency money)

		Gift Letter (If down payment money is a gift)
